  1. Draw your banquet

    Start from the banquet template or recreate your restaurant or venue with round or rectangular tables, a stage and labels.

  2. Import your guest list

    Upload the Excel file you already have, or our sample list, and tell the app what each column is.

  3. Add the details

    Special menus, plus-ones, which side of the family everyone is from… as many columns as you need, and colour the plan by any of them.

  4. Seat every guest

    Drag them onto chairs or ask the AI to seat everyone who doesn’t have a seat yet, then fine-tune whatever you like.

How much does it cost?

€29 per wedding, paid once: up to 1,000 guests and every feature. The AI agent is optional and paid separately, in credits.

Can I recreate my venue’s layout?

Yes. In the editor you add round or rectangular tables, a stage and labels, and place them where they belong. You can also import an SVG floor plan.

How do I import my guest list?

Upload an Excel file (.xlsx or .xls) and choose what each column is. No list yet? Download our sample list and fill it in.

Can I keep track of menus, allergies and plus-ones?

Yes. Create the columns you need (text, numbers, plus-ones or colour-coded lists), then filter and colour the plan by any of them.

Can the AI make the seating chart for me?

It helps: ask it to seat everyone who doesn’t have a seat yet or to tell you how many guests have a vegetarian menu, then fine-tune the result by hand. You can undo any change.

What about last-minute changes?

Move guests by dragging them or swap their seats in a moment. Everything saves automatically.
