Frequently asked questions
Which list formats can I import?
Excel files (.xlsx and .xls). When importing, you choose what each column represents (guest ID, seat, text, numbers or photos) and you can skip the ones you don’t need. Photos embedded in the Excel file are imported too.
How does the AI assign seats?
Tell the agent what you want, for example “seat all guests from company X in the stalls”. The agent applies the actions to the seat map and, if you don’t like the result, you can undo it or adjust it by hand.
Can I use my own venue?
Yes. You can build it in the venue editor from a template or a blank canvas, or import an SVG floor plan. There is also a catalogue of shared venues, such as theatres and auditoriums.
What information can I store for each guest?
Whatever you need: add text, number, companion, photo or colour-coded value columns, then filter and colour the map by any of them.
Which languages is it available in?
Catalan, Spanish and English.
Is my work saved automatically?
Yes. Changes are saved automatically while you work, and you can also save manually at any time.
